Recap

Game 1 saw both teams constantly engaging in skirmishes. SMG emerged ahead in most of those with Neah666 playing like a madman on his mid Riki. Cignal Ultra just got ran over by their opponents as they went on to lose the game in just 24 minutes.

Game 2 was a repeat of the first game as SMG were hungry for enemy kills. Neah666 was once again dominating on his mid Ember Spirit while the others also played incredibly well as this game ended in 27 minutes.

Highlights

Here are some highlights of the series.

While Cignal Ultra play their next series against Galaxy Racer on May 8, 2021, MidOne and his teammates will be seen in action in week 5 – the schedule for which is yet to be officially released.

Interview: Neah666 talks about Mushi’s absence from the team

Unarguably, the biggest moment in the whole series came at the time of the post-match winners’ interview where Muhammad Ammar “Neah666” Rasulli revealed that there had been a roster change involving their position five player, Mushi. This revelation likely means that the Malaysian veteran, Mushi, may no longer be playing for the side of Team SMG. Roddgeee, who hails from Malaysia, will likely continue to stand in for the team for the remainder of the SEA 2021 DPC Season 2: Lower Division.
